| REGULAR |
- Undergraduate biology, environmental science, or ornamental horticulture majors
- Lifetime national membership
- Cummulative GPA of 3.10
- Major GPA of 3.25 (BIOL courses required for major)
- Completion of a minimum of 16 BIOL credits with no more than 8 at 100-level
- Initiation fee: $45 (includes two-year subscription to BIOS)

- Master of Science in Environmental Science graduate student or BCES faculty
- Lifetime national membership
- Initiation fee: $45 (includes two-year subscription to BIOS)

| ASSOCIATE |
|
- Any undergraduate CNU student with significant interest in Life Sciences but ineligible for Regular Membershsip
- Membership terminates upon graduation
- May not wear official insignia
- Initiation fee: $35 (includes one-year subscription to BIOS)
- Note: Associate Members who subsequently become regular members receive full $35 credit towards Regular initiation fee
