Dr. Reed has been with the department since 1995. Prior to coming to CNU he founded and operated an environmental laboratory and consulting service and taught in the VCU Biology Department. He has been Coordinator of the BCES Graduate Program and served as an environmental consultant for many state and local agencies. He is an avid fisherman and enjoys sports, especially Redskins football. He and his wife Jane have a grown son and daughter and two grandchildren.
